Hey there! I'm Merue, 27 y.o self-taught artist who likes to draw pets and humans in different art styles!
I'm currently working as a full time freelance artist.(Following all legal regulations, as confirmed by documentation obtained from governmental entities.)

Q&A

What program/tablet do you use for drawing?
I use Paint Tool Sai and Wacom Intuos tablet.Do you do requests/art trades?
I don't accept requests or do art trades at the time being.Do you allow reposting of your art? Can I use your art as my profile picture? etc.
You can't use commissioned artworks unless it is your commission. But, it is possible to use my original artworks as long as you credit me!How long have you been drawing?
I've been drawing for about 10+ years, although there had been lengthy hiatuses.Do you have your own pets?
I have a 6 y.o budgie! I love him so much ♥

FAQ About Commissions

• Where can I submit a commission?
— You can send me a DM on Instagram (instagram.com/merue.art)
— You can send me an e-mail

(Make payments via debit card, credit card, Cash App, Google Pay and Apple Pay) • Do you need an exact photo to draw? I don't have many photos with my pets.
— An exact photo is often not required for commissions, yet I am also able to draw the exact photo with my art style.
Most of the commissioners didn't have proper photos with their pets, but better reference photos always result in better drawings. • Do you send a print?
— Unfortunately, I only send a digital copy of the work. You will receive a high quality digital file that you can print or use for any personal purpose.
The commissioned artwork can also be uploaded on RedBubble and you can buy tshirts, mugs, stickers, pins and many other products with the artwork on them from RedBubble. Check my RedBubble items for examples! • How long does it take you to complete a commission?
— Usually, a commission will be completed within a week, but if I am not available, an order might take 2-3 weeks to complete.
I will inform you about the planned completion date when you contact me.
Note: Rush orders are possible with a 25% increase in the cost. • Am I allowed to post/use the art that I have commissioned from you on my social media account/as my profile picture?
— Of course! You are free to use my artwork as long as you credit me. • Will I own all the rights to the artwork that I commissioned from you?
— I own all rights of my art. It is not possible to sell or redistribute the artwork that you have commissioned me unless there was an agreement.
Note: Commissions for commercial use are possible with a 70% increase in the cost.
